Mostly knitting...

Like the title says, that's what I've been doing lately.  Mostly random stuffs.... I knitted my first pair of socks, finished a coffee cup cozy and now working on a dishcloth.  Pictures to come... will take them tomorrow! 

So tomorrow's Father's Day.  An early HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all the fathers out there!!  I'm carrying my Dad out for dinner tomorrow.  I don't think the restaurants will be as busy as Mother's Day!  We're going to Bamboo, haven't been there in a while.  I hope the food tastes good.

I'm still here although I've been a horrible blogger of late.  I know..... no excuses except I've just been a lazy blogger.  Recently, I decided to get the BB...... no not a BB, but this BB:

I'm knitting socks!!  I did have to frog a few times on the first one, but it worked out eventually.  I'm working now on the second sock but it's coming along soooo  s l o w l y.  Maybe it's just me or maybe it's the second sock syndrome that lots of people are talking about.  I'm trying to work on it as quickly as I can.  Can't wait to wear my first pair of hand knit socks!  :D

Fluey

I'm at work and I'm sick.... needless to say I'm not happy at all.  I guess this is one of the downsides to being self-employed.  I can't take sick leave... not when I know there's things to be done, deadlines to meet.  And another thing, I'm supposed to be making a couple of important calls this week...... guess what?  I lost my voice, I can only croak and whisper.  J u s t    g r e a t.

Dec. 25 days

I'm looking forward to watching the 25 days of Christmas on ABC Family.  Haha.... that's so lame, I know but it's a yearly thing that I do.  =)

Dinner

We went to A's house for dinner tonight.  It was great... we haven't been there in months!  Tomorrow is Dec. 1..... gosh, so the official 25 days till Christmas will be starting!  Lol.... busy, busy time for me!  :)

Furniture

I saw some nice bedroom sets which I think would be perfect for the guest bedroom.  Will go back to look again tomorrow.  I haven't been in the mood for much home decorating or such, but saw the pieces and they look really nice.  I can imagine them in the room already.

Happy

I'm feeling happy!  I'm feeling happy!  Things are working out....  =D I feel like a heavy load have been lifted off my shoulders.  I dreamed that I was falling and I checked out the meaning.... it's interpretation is about insecurity and failure.  But in my dream, the falling didn't feel scary.... it felt relaxing and then I landed on a soft bed.  It wasn't so much a fall than a kind of floating feeling.  Oh whatever it is.... I'm happy everything's FINALLY working out.  =)

Turkey Day

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!  It's work as usual for me since we don't have that holiday here.  

1st visit

I went to visit UA at the home.  He seems so lonely and helpless.  It made me sad to see him like this.  In time I hope he will get accustomed to the new environment.

a rock & a hard place

Y'know the saying "caught between a rock and a hard place"?  Didn't really know what to do cuz any decision made would affect someone.  But in the end a decision was made.... I hope it's the right one.
